MY PHILOSOPHY OF TEACHINGTechnology is often transforming. It is my responsibilities to make sure my students are exposed to the latest technology. Towards the revolution of Education 4.0, learners act as connectors, creators and constructivist. The theory of Multiple Intelligences (MI) applied in my teaching strategies. MI theory is important as I believe students learn in different ways.
Incorporating fun elements in learning activities is a good alternative to engage students learning. Learning should be challenging so it needs student to think deep and cannot be achieved by guessing. Indeed, cognitivist in e-learning involves thinking or the formation of new knowledge. All students actually have different potentials and styles of learning. Successful gamification needs to adapt to students intelligence and provide suitable teaching materials to mastery their skills. The creative educator also must constantly come out with a new idea to provide interactive teaching materials relevant to technology advancement. To live this belief, I must continuously examine my teaching methods and find new ones. I want to provide opportunities for them to improve their skills. In future, educators are able to update the digital content easily and makes students enjoy learning and also use the appropriate 4.0 technology. |
